Weirdly rude when I tried to call. Rejected my calls instead of picking up to tell me they aren't working today and had something going on.

Romo and his team are fantastic. We had him install a subpanel about a year ago and his team paid close attention to detail to make sure everything not only worked well, but looked good too.About a week ago, we installed a new video doorbell that needed a higher voltage transformer. I called Romo and he said he'd come by to replace it. He stopped by, replaced the transformer, and didn't charge me. Not for the replacement part or his time.Romo’s just one of those genuinely good people. He takes pride in his work and is super kind while doing it. I’d recommend him and his team to anyone.

Had a few electricians come by to bid a project that would run power into my garage for an EV. ER Electric was competitive, knowledgable and took time to outline the scope of work and gave a quote. One such electrician stopped by and did a "touch and go" as work wasn't significant enough for them.ER Electric was very professional.When they started the project their daily objectives were clear and they fit my project in over two days while balancing their previous commitments. Day one had two very professional technicians on the job to prep the area and run 100'+ of wire ) more like a cable as its least 0.75" diameter. The next day they sent 3 and then 4 total technicians to install the junction box, conduit, the outlet box and outlet.They added quad breakers to our main electrical panel allowing for the necessary amp breaker to supply the needed power to the NEMA 14-50 amp plug. All work completed cleanly, voids filled around wire and seams around boxes were caulked. The work space was left clean and we confirmed EV Charger fully operational prior to the last of the crew departing.Highly recommend!
